I have had the privilege of meeting Mr Austin and the team during their last visit to Sri Lanka, and to seeing something of their hard work and dedication. They have made, and continue to make, an invaluable difference to the lives of the young people they treat, as well as to their families and the wider community.

The 100th operation is a moment for us all to offer thanks to everyone who has helped make possible this remarkable achievement.
